These two nutrients are champions in preserving the cycle of cholesterol with the normal range. As you know, cholesterol is very important in the body. It has a role in keeping our body balance by providing the necessary hormones in our body. So the vitamin C and copper are responsible in maintaining the said cycle and put off cholesterol build up in the arteries. You can eat food rich in vitamin c like oranges, broccoli, grapefruit, strawberries, tomato and more. Potatoes, beans, organ meats, oysters, shellfish on the other hand are foods rich in copper.
